Heritage Church Planting is a team with a burden to see true, New Testament, Baptist Church Planting realized in the Northeast Ohio area and all over the United States. We love our home in the greater Cleveland area and we love America. Our desire is to see true New Testament Baptist Churches planted using the biblical model, beginning here at home and through out our nation. America has lost its heritage as a Christian nation, we believe, because local churches have failed in their mission to reach beyond its Jerusalem into Judea and Samaria. Our mission is to reach America by turning every Judea and Samaria into a Jerusalem, so that no one would be outside the reach of a true New Testament Local, Baptist Church, just as the Lord intended.

Equipping local churches to glorify God by fulfilling every aspect (Matthew 28:18-20) and area (Acts 1:8) of the Great Commission through the greatest commandments (Matthew 22:36-40, John 13:34-35)

CURRENT CHURCH PLANTING PROJECTS

Heritage Baptist Church of Willoughby

The Fellowship Hall renovation has been completed and was a great blessing to use for our first Faith Promise Missions Conference in March. The multipurpose space is going to certainly be extremely helpful with our upcoming VBS (July 15-19) and our Awana program (starting September 4th). We hosted a special outreach service in a local park and called it Faith Day of Willoughby. The preaching service was held under a big tent, which included powerful testimonies and special music. We had several saved and 12 baptized in the river. HBC Willoughby is continuing to grow physically as well as spiritually. As a result, we now have a need to expand our church nursery and toddler areas.

FUTURE CHURCH PLANTING PROJECTS

Heritage Baptist Church of Mentor

We have secured a meeting places for the church. We have just received our gospel postcards and plan on starting to canvass in South Mentor in July. Door-knocking will start in August and we will begin having a midweek Bible Study in the area, Wednesday October 23rd. The plan is for this new church group to meet with us in Willoughby on Sundays and continue to evangelize while allowing the Lord to build His church. We will be working with BCPM starting the Hope for Mentor campaign and scheduling saturation Saturdays leading up to the Grand Opening on October 26, 2025.
