Hi, I am Elizabeth Scott, a missionary to France, serving long‑term alongside Jonathan and Priscilla Laase in their church plant in Aix‑en‑Provence, France. I am a SENT Inc. approved missionary out of my sending church, Canton Baptist Temple in Canton, OH, pastored by Senior Pastor Mike Frazier.

As I learn the culture and language, my ministry in France will include serving and leading in children’s ministry, women’s ministry, discipleship, evangelism and outreach, and maintaining a social media presence for the church. In a city of 150,000 people and nearly 35,000 university students, the need for the Gospel is great. I believe that it is through building relationships and multiplying disciples who make disciples that the Gospel will take root and transform lives in Aix‑en‑Provence.

France is an unreached country with the Gospel. With a population of 68.51 million people and only about 740,000 believers, just 1 percent of France professes faith in Jesus Christ, leaving 99 percent of the population without hearing or believing the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. The spiritual need is immense, and the opportunity for Gospel impact is significant.

I will begin deputation in January 2027, and I am currently scheduling meetings. I believe God will do great things in France, and I would love for you to partner with me to reach France for Christ.
