Throughout Spain there is a great need for Gospel preaching churches to be established. When the Lord located us in Torrente, Spain it was not obviously clear what His future plans were other than to plant a church that is functionally centered on the Gospel in all areas. Now, after eight years into the work and many salvations, baptisms and new believers being discipled, God has given us a glimpse into the next season of Iglesia Bautista Bíblica de Torrente.
We are currently building a new two-level facility as our current location has grown too small. The new church building will seat 225 with a multi-use area, many classrooms and much more. Moving forward, the Lord has given us an expanded vision of what ministry will look like in the years to come. That vision includes a Bible Institute to train future pastors and missionaries, events to reach the lost as well as strengthen the walks of men, women, youth and children, such as VBS, cantatas, dramas, conferences, retreats and fellowship meetings.
We are blessed to be called, blessed to be sent, and purpose to pursue faithfully what He has for us day by day.
